Doctors originally gave Kingston six weeks to recover from his ailment, but he tweeted a photo of himself earlier this week, in which he was smiling and later thanked fans for their support. "Feeling alot better!" he wrote. "GOD IS GREAT! Thanks for all the prayers and support! Love you ALL!"
As previously reported the 'Beautiful Girls' singer was jet-skiing with a friend near Miami's Star Island, over Memorial Day Weekend, when he hit a bridge. Although he was said to be conscious at the time, Kingston fell into the water and was rescued by a stranger before being airlifted to Ryder Trauma Center at Miami's Jackson Memorial Hospital. Within days, Kingston was stabilized and transferred from the trauma unit to the ICU.
