Now, Foxy has vowed to seek retribution against the the city, the NYPD and the district attorney's office for malicious prosecution, seeking $100 million in damages, according to All Hip Hop.
Foxy's lawyer, Salvatore Strazzullo contends that Raymond was lying about the July 2010 incident, and would have proven so, had Raymond testified in court. "Our big ace in the hold is she [Foxy] wasn't wearing any underwear," Strazzullo told the New York Daily News, in reference to Raymond's statement that she had seen Brown's underwear when she allegedly lifted her skirt and exposed her buttocks.
The rapper and Raymond, her neighbor, have a history of contention, as Foxy was previously convicted of striking the woman in the face with her BlackBerry, back in 2007.
"It's rooted in jealousy, it's a scarying thing like borderline obsession," Foxy said of her neighbor's accusations. "Someone wants to be you and have the life I worked very hard for."
Raymond denied any such motivations, claiming that she had refused to testify simply because the trial was taking up too much of her time. "The case was getting in the way of my personal life, it's a headache," she said. "Her life is full of drama, why would I want a life of drama?"
