While Waka is known for his heavily crunk-influenced sound, this tune is a mellow departure. Montana commences with, "It's hell on earth/ God gon' help your n----, help yourself first/ F--- Forbes, only thing working for us/ Cut the middleman out and deal straight with the sauce/ I been gon' for a second, the street missing me."
The 'Flockaveli' creator comes in on the chorus, putting a twist on the famed rap group's moniker, 'We mobb when we deep," then rhymes, "I met this girl in New York, say she from Lefrak/ Callin' sayin' wantin' s--- back/ My reply back, 'You know how it goes'/ Shorty kick a door, I got robbed before/ Then I bounce back cookin' lyrical crack."
Prodigy closes out the song, spitting lines reminiscent of his early days. "I'm quality 16, dopamine flow/ Bottle pop, rap pills and Moscato/ So many songs I got thousands kid/ Yeah your hardrive gon' need a thousand gigs/ Feet up VIP, loungin'..."
Flocka and Montana are reportedly crafting a joint LP, however, this track isn't confirmed to be on the new effort. The forthcoming project is titled 'Lock Out' and will see 'I Want It' as the first single. No release date has been given for the album as of yet.
French Montana is also working towards releasing his first solo LP, 'Excuse My French.' He'll appear on Pusha T's first solo studio effort, 'Fear of God II: Let Us Pray,' set for Nov. 8, alongside Meek Mill and Juicy J on 'Body Work.'
