The Bronx, N.Y. native took the stage inside the Mohegan Sun in Connecticut on Saturday (Oct. 22), performing an array of hits like 'If You Had My Love' as well as an assist by fellow Bronx-born entertainer Fat Joe, who served both as hype man and collaborator during the show n songs like 'Feelin' So Good.'
As the mother of two moved through her performance, she was brought to tears during a specifically emotional moment when she sang 'Until It Beats No More.' In the set, dancer look-a-likes of her past loves Diddy, Chris Judd and Ben Affleck took the spotlight as the singer crooned through her lyrics. When a couple re-enacting a salsa scene from J.Lo and Marc Anthony's 'American Idol' finale salsa performance, she lost it.
Lopez' eyes began to well-up with tears, as was shown on a camera zooming in on her face. Fans immediately showed support by giving the songstress a standing ovation.
"I took a trip down memory lane," she admitted, before walking off stage to compose herself.
