Premiering Dec. 5, the series follows the artist, born Clifford Joseph Harris, as he re-acclimates to life after incarceration. He's got a lot on his plate, what with career pressures and a wife and six kids to think about.
"Now that I'm back home, I'm going to be make sure we're a bigger and better family than we were before," Tip says in the trailer -- available after the jump.
Sure enough, the preview clip shows him teaching his sons to hone their swagger, and he even lets one take the stage during one of his concerts and bust a few rhymes. T.I. also has plenty of love for his wife, Tameka "Tiny" Cottle, as is evidenced by the following dinner-table exchange:
T.I.: How fast can you get out of that dress?
Tiny: How fast can you get me out of it?
As Tip does his best to remain a top-selling artist, keep out of prison and be a good husband and father, both he and his missus realize the stakes are high.
"Everything he got back, he can lose again," Tiny says. "And this time it'd be forever."
"No matter how long it took for me to get it right, as long as I get it right, it'll never get wrong again," T.I. says.
'T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle' debuts on Dec. 5 at 9PM EST on VH1.
