C Brandon, Redferns

After dropping his debut LP, 'Blue Slide Park,' and scoring a No. 1 Billboard chart position in the process, Pittsburgh MC Mac Miller is spreading some of the wealth earned from his album sales.

The 19-year-old donated $50,000 to the Make-a-Wish Foundation, a wish-granting organization that gives "hope, strength and joy to children with life-threatening medical conditions." Miller signed over the money during a show in his hometown, where he showcased the check signing in front of his legion of fans.

"Let me make this official with the ol' signature," the rap star stated as he signed a giant check onstage at Stage AE in Pittsburgh on Dec. 9.

'Blue Slide Park' debuted on Nov. 8, and totaled 144,487 albums sold one week after its release.
