Usher Wants Custody of Kids, Battles With Tameka Raymond

In recent months, as she's battled for full custody of her two kids, Tameka Raymond has slung some harsh accusations at ex-hubby Usher. Now, the R&B star is stepping up and defending himself.

According to TMZ, Usher has asked a judge in Georgia to dismiss his ex's suit, insisting that her case is based on lies.

Back in November, Raymond claimed that the 'Lil Freak' creator has repeatedly violated the terms of their joint-custody agreement. In particular, she charged the singer with traveling outside of Georgia with the children, hiring nannies without her approval and depriving her of money to hire a nanny of her own.

She also said he took away her Saks 5th Avenue card, something he patently denies, and last month, she tried to make him take a drug test.

The warring former spouses are due in court on Feb. 27, when things will undoubtedly get a whole lot uglier.

Your Mama tried to warn you Usher but the power of the p...y had you and you didn't listen! Now Look. She better hope she wins something cause her baby making years are coming to a close so you 're it Usher. I hope the judge makes her the nanny (cause she don't doesn't have a job that I know about). As for the SAKS card. Usher can affor SAKS you Tameka better high tail it over to old navy! You other young men better start listening to your mothers!!!

hey tameka, grab whatcha can honey and grab it quick. and don't go gettin' too fat and happy on his big bucks, he's gonna be broke and probably in jail pretty soon. oh, by the way, since you want to live the life of a queen, what did you ever do or accomplish other than bang your way in to someother guys millions? yup, that's what i thought. you'll probably be back in the ghetto before you know it. well, grab what you can, and take an investment course--you're gonna need it.

Took away her Saks 5th Avenue card! This manis an animal! How can she take care of the kids without a Saks 5th Avenue card? The judge has to be quietly laughing at this gold digger.
