TMZ reports that the beatmaker, who is a recovering drug addict, refused to pay for the room he was staying in. An employee called authorities and when they arrived to the scene, police found Storch allegedly in possession of the illegal narcotic.
Storch, 38, was hauled away and later released on $5,000 bail. He appeared in L.A. during Grammy weekend (Feb. 12), driving a pricey vehicle and smoking a cigar.
In 2004, the producer created Terror Squad's 'Lean Back,' which would result in his best work to date. Storch has worked with the likes of Beyonce, The Roots, 50 Cent and Dr. Dre, among others. Money earned from collaborating with such stars was squandered on his drug addiction -- $30 million to be exact.
