On Saturday (April 21), the new couple strolled around New York City, stopping for ice cream and looking in good spirits as the paparazzi snapped photos of the two in action. A day later, Kim headed back to L.A. without 'Ye by her side, but she kept him close in another way -- by wearing jewelry inspired by his initials.
The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star was photographed wearing gold KW earrings, which are obviously Kanye West's initials.
