Chris Brown, 'Today' Concert: Singer Performs 'Turn Up the Music' & More

Chris Brown touched down in New York City earlier today (June 8) to satisfy fans waiting at Rockefeller Plaza for the "Today" Summer Concert Series. In usual form, his loyal supporters -- Team Breezy as he calls them -- lined the streets to watch him perform songs off his forthcoming album Fortune, due July 3.

The R&B crooner, rocking a NY Yankees fitted cap and a throwback, multicolored "Snow Beach" Polo jacket, graced the outdoor stage and showcased his usual vigor. Songs like "Turn Up the Music," "Yeah 3X," "Forever" and "Don't Wake Me Up" were among those he performed in his set.

For those who love to criticize so much, when you hate your life, it is only hate that flows outs. Learn to love yourself, hate is cancerous ok! CB's performance was a good one, lets give honor to whom honor is due and it will come back to us in due time

Chris Brown, you brought the house down! That was super good entertainment. I never watch the Today Show, but when I heard Chris Brown was on, I tuned in also. In spite of the mistake he made over 3 years ago, that multi-talented young man in on top of his game. As a matter of fact, he is one of the best entertainers in the industry today. He is phenomenal. Super great entertainer! You put on an excellent entertaining show, as always!!!

I will never watch the TODAY show again, as well as our friends and family, for the poor taste in having Chris (known woman beater) brown on the show. It was a pathetic move on Today's part. You guys are fools and I now hate you.

I'll never watch the Today show again. Any station that lets a known woman abuser on their show is over in my book as well as all of our friends. Today is pathetic to allow someone like him perform on the show. It shows what bad taste you all have. TODAY, YOU SUCK!!!
