Drake Purchases $7.7 Million Bachelor Pad in Los Angeles -- Photos

Drake has a new Club Paradise in the form of a $7.7 million mansion he bought in Los Angeles. TooFab.com reports the Toronto native got the sprawling pad at an amazing deal. Once listed in the real estate market at $27 million just three years ago, he now owns the home for a nearly $20 million discount.

He previously rented the pricey residence, which is located in Hidden Hills, a treasured rural atmosphere in Southern California. With seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, Drake can easily welcome his Young Money crew to stay in the lavish space.

Inside the 25-year-old rapper's 7,500-square-foot bachelor pad sits a 24-seat movie theater, game room, gym, spa and massage room and a wine cellar and tasting room.

He also enjoys a mechanical bull, horse facilities, sand volleyball court and his own version of Hugh Hefner's Playboy grotto, considering he has a spacious pool with waterfalls and an 80-foot slide.

They did a lot incredibly well on this one. It's away from city noise, filth, and crime. Not too close to the neighbors. Not made of ice cold stone, wrought iron, and granite everywhere. Not crazy ornate like the "Trump touched everything" look. Not a copy of 18th century France.
Has a livable "it's ok to sit on the furniture without plastic over the artisan furniture" feel.
On the downside, from the air looks a little like the E Ticket Disney theme park cross with Michael Jackson's Wonderland fiasco.

This is not expensive. The most expensive real estates in the world is in Monoco with $6000 a square feet. The average prices in the US is very cheap compared to the rest of the world. Oh..it isn't my place so I don't care who bought it.

How much you pay for a home is meaningless compared to your luck and knowledge base. Just South of my estate is Briny Breeses, a trailer park in an unbelievable paradise now valued at 500 million dollars. In my opinion, it doesn't have a price. Where I live is better, sorry I'm not saying.
