Nicki Minaj's many alter egos were only a foreshadowing of the weirdness that was to unfold during her 2012 Grammy performance. The "Starships" singer put her many personalities on show while performing the new track "Roman Holiday" at the awards show. Making a Lady Gaga-like grand entrance, Minaj walked the red carpet arm-in-arm with a bishop, who later help her perform a mock exorcism from the stage. You could have heard a pin drop in the crowd, with A-list stars in attendance frozen and puzzled by what was going on. "I could have chosen to do a no-brainer pop song, but I can't do it anymore," Minaj said afterwards. "I have to stay true to what I'm doing."

Verdict: If you thought you had moments of insanity, Minaj obviously has many more.
