Women everywhere are clutching their pearls at the inclusion of John Legend on this list. Level with us, ladies. Yes, John Legend is easy on the eyes and ears, but the 'Evolver' LP is four years old. The Roots gave him that extra push with 2010’s 'Wake Up!' Kanye had him on 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy' and Lil Wayne welcomed him on 'Tha Carter IV.' So basically the past couple of years in Legend’s career are based on nothing more than cosigns. On top of all that, he’s still considered part of the new class in G.O.O.D. Music, even though he’s the only artist that remains from the old class. Luck.
