Not only was Whitney Houston's $40,000 wedding gown fit for a queen, but her wedding guest list was too, with an attendance of 800 guests. Houston and Bobby Brown wed on July 18, 1992, in a backyard ceremony at her home in N.J. The songstress had initially played hard to get when it came to the life-long commitment, with Brown proposing twice. She accepted, but the stormy marriage eventually came to an end when Houston filed for divorce on Oct. 18, 2006.
