Ciara to Take Fans on a 'Fantasy Ride' in September

Ciara, who's set to make her first big screen appearance in the film adaptation of the off-Broadway musical 'Mama I Want to Sing,' is preparing to release her next batch of "Goodies" in September. The singer's next forthcoming album, 'Fantasy Ride,' will be packaged as a bundle of three conceptualized albums.

Ciara will showcase her sensual side on the first disc, which is called 'Groove City,' and a second disc, dubbed 'Crunktown,' will feature tracks similar to her debut single 'Goodies.' The third disc, 'Kingdom of Dance,' will feature uptempo cuts. An official single from one of the three discs is expected to drop in June.

Ciara Heads to the Studio to Record Third Album

R&B diva Ciara is back in the studio to record some fresh 'Goodies' for her third studio album. According to Billboard, the Atlanta-based singer's next project will feature production by T-Pain, Polow Da Don, DanjaHandz and the Clutch. The as-yet-untitled album is tentatively slated for a August or September release.

In February, Ciara held auditions across the country to find dancers to accompany her on a forthcoming promotional tour for the new album. In addition to prepping her next project, Ciara is filming her first lead role in the film adaptation of the stage play, 'Mama, I Want to Sing,' which is set to hit theaters later this year.

Bow Wow and Omarion Will 'Face Off' in December

According to the intro of the leaked track 'Hood Star,' Bow Wow and Omarion's upcoming album, 'Face Off,' is "what the world has been waiting for." Good news for fans: the wait is whittled down to just two more months. The duo will release their highly-anticipated collaborative effort in December.

'Hood Star' touts the massive success between the two and with zero exaggeration given that the pair's last joint effort, 'Let Me Hold You' -- the first single from Bow Wow's 2005 album, 'Wanted' -- peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100. It was that song that earned Bow Wow his first-ever Top 10 single, and Omarion -- formerly of B2K -- his first Top 10 as a solo artist.

As if a Bow Wow-Omarion album weren't heavyweight enough, 'Face Off' will also feature a slew of chart toppers, including Ciara, Timbaland, Jermaine Dupri and Akon.

Jay-Z, Kanye West, 50 Cent Share Stage at Screamfest

On Wednesday night, Madison Square Garden was home to Screamfest -- the ultimate hip-hop party -- where Jay-Z, Kanye West, 50 Cent, Diddy, T.I., Swizz Beats and Ciara all shared the stage. Nearly 20,000 fans lost their minds when, while Jay-Z and T.I. helped West perform 'Can't Tell Me Nothing,' 50 ran on stage suspending any notions of rivalry.

The evening's highlight was a performance of Jay-Z's 'Encore,' which compelled the entire audience to throw up their diamonds -- the Roc sign. Judging by the reaction in these video clips, the event was certainly aptly titled.
